Development Update: Q3 2026

V2 art and physics have been transformed, three new characters join the roster, and heavy buybacks plus liquidity adds strengthen CAH. Here is the Q3 2026 Moon Tropica progress report.

Another quarter, another update. This one is dense with build. V2’s art direction has been transformed, the physics are tuned, three new faces are on the roster, and the treasury has been quietly working. Here is everything that changed in Q3 2026.

New Characters

V2’s roster keeps getting more interesting. Three new characters join the cast this quarter.

2pac (Musician). One of the most influential figures in hip-hop history. An iconic rapper whose music and presence defined a generation. In the arena he brings that same larger-than-life energy.

Bernie Sanders (Politician). A U.S. senator and two-time presidential candidate, known for decades of advocacy around economic fairness and the working class. Straight-talking, relentless, and never short on conviction.

Dario Amodei (Anthropic CEO). The co-founder and CEO of Anthropic, the AI safety company behind Claude. One of the sharpest minds in AI, now stepping into the arena with the same focus he brings to frontier research.

Each one adds a different flavor to the fight. That is the point.

V2 Art and Physics

The big headline: graphic and model design for V2 has been overhauled. The world has been reworked from the ground up, from the low-poly trees and coastline to the details on the ground. It looks night and day compared to where it was, and this is a moving target rather than a finish line. The art stays in constant rotation as the build evolves, so what you see here is where V2 stands right now, and it keeps getting better.

Physics got the same treatment, and this is where the feel really lands. Movement has a lively, bouncy weight to it, like every character is a little toy figure with a spring in its step. The controls are responsive and smooth, with none of the stiffness that used to hang in the old build. A signature roll lets you tuck into a ball and carry momentum across the arena, and jumps off ledges land with a satisfying punch. Combat reads clean; hit detection forgives the mistimed input, and every connect gives clear, readable feedback. The result is a game that feels as good in the hands as it does on the screen.

Prototyping

Design work is moving into new territory.

  • 1P story mode. A single player campaign is in prototyping. A real narrative arc to play through, not just arena fights.
  • Dungeon prototyping. New dungeon concepts are being worked out. Spaces to explore and fight through beyond the open arena.

  • Vehicle prototyping. Vehicle systems are on the bench. New ways to move through the world are coming.

None of this is shipped yet. It is all being prototyped, which is exactly where it should be.

Moon Tropica Lite (Experimental)

We are also experimenting with Moon Tropica Lite, a 2D retro version of the game. Same world, different frame.

Right now we are analyzing the best way to make the Lite version feel more like an RPG than a straight battle game. The combat loop is already strong, so the question is how much of the wider adventure, progression, and exploration edges its way in. That is the design conversation happening right now.

Token Economics

The treasury has been moving. Two numbers worth knowing:

  • $35,000 in buybacks. The team is buying CAH back off the market. That is the team putting its own capital behind the token and pulling supply out of circulation. It is real conviction, shown with real money.
  • $125,000 in liquidity adds. Through the team and the bonding program, $125K of liquidity has been added to the pool. Permanent, protocol-owned depth.

Combined, that is $160,000 the team moved to work for the ecosystem this quarter. At a fixed, renounced supply of 35M, this kind of activity does not dilute anyone.

Now let’s talk about the Web3 side of things, because there is a lot going on here and it is worth explaining in plain terms. Right now we are testing how tokens and item ownership behave across a range of chains, ETH, Solana, Robinhood, Beam, Metis, and more. Think of a chain as the road a transaction travels on, and some roads are busier and cost more to use. Gas fees are the toll you pay to get a transaction through, and nobody wants to pay a toll just to move something they already own. So the first thing we care about is navigating chains where the toll is small enough to ignore, and where optimizations can be made to reduce these costs.

Next is where we store the things that matter. Some data lives on the chain, which is a bit like writing an entry in a ledger that everyone can check and nobody can quietly erase. That is what gives us permanence and trust. The records that need to outlast a single session get stored on-chain, so they stay verifiable.

The payoff is ownership. In V2, items become NFTs, which is really just a way of saying an item becomes a token that belongs to you. You can carry it, swap it, or trade it, and the proof of ownership lives on-chain rather than in a database that we control. The whole goal is a game where the Web3 layer adds real, lasting ownership, without ever making the player work for it.

What’s Next

V2 keeps building. The art has been transformed, the physics are tight, the roster is growing, and the treasury is at work. None of this is frozen; the design keeps rotating as the game evolves. Prototyping on story, dungeons, and vehicles sets up the next stretch.

As always, built by the CAHmunity, for the CAHmunity.

See you in the arena.
